Terms and conditions of sale and site use

These Terms govern the use of the www.beelly.cyou website and the sale of products offered by José Alessandro Bellomo, owner of the Beelly business.

1. Scope

The Terms govern the purchase of honey and other products in the catalog, payments, delivery, and after-sales support.

A consumer is any natural person who makes a purchase for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Provisions reserved for consumers, including the right of withdrawal, do not automatically apply to professional clients.

Simply browsing the site does not constitute the conclusion of a purchase contract. Before placing an order, the client may read and save these Terms.

2. Account and client data

Account registration is not necessary when guest checkout is available. The client must provide accurate and up-to-date data, specifically regarding the delivery address and contact details.

Anyone creating an account must keep their credentials secure and report any unauthorized use. Beelly's responsibilities as provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

3. Products and availability

The main features, format, price, and relevant information are provided on the product pages.

Honey may present natural variations in color, aroma, texture, and crystallization related to the blooming, season, and batch. These characteristics do not in themselves constitute a defect, provided the product matches the description and compliance requirements.

The images are illustrative of the products. Differences due to display on a device do not alter the declared essential characteristics.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact the client to arrange an alternative or a delay, or refund the amounts paid for the products we cannot supply and any delivery costs that are to be returned. We do not replace products without the client's consent.

4. Order and conclusion of the contract

Before sending the order, the client can verify products, quantities, personal data, address, delivery methods, and total amount, correcting any errors.

Submitting the order via the button that indicates the payment obligation constitutes a purchase proposal from the client.

The contract is concluded when Beelly accepts the proposal via a communication to the client or through the shipping confirmation. The order confirmation email constitutes acceptance if its content confirms acceptance of the purchase; if it only confirms receipt of the proposal, it acts as an order acknowledgment.

The client receives the order summary via email. Contractual and withdrawal information must be provided on a durable medium, including via the content or attachments of the contract confirmation.

If a payment has been collected and the order is not accepted, we will refund it without undue delay.

5. Prices, tax status and payments

Prices are expressed in euros. Before placing the order, the price of the products, shipping costs, any other charges, and the total to be paid are shown.

The seller operates under the agricultural exemption regime provided by Article 34, paragraph 6, of DPR 633/1972, within the limits and conditions established by law. The tax treatment and documentation of the operations follow the provisions applicable to the regime and the specific sale.

For cross-border operations, the tax rules relevant to the destination and the type of operation apply. The client is informed of the total amount to be paid before submitting the order.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. Availability may vary by country and service used.

5.1 Klarna

Klarna payment options depend on the amount, the country, and the provider's approval. The service conditions shown during payment apply.

Beelly does not decide on the approval of financing. Beelly’s obligations regarding the sale and the consumer's rights remain unchanged.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to Italy, Germany, and Austria. The methods actually available are shown at checkout. For other destinations, please contact us before purchasing.

Below-threshold rates, delivery times, and conditions for individual methods are indicated on the Shipping page and in the information provided before purchase. Conditions depend on the country of delivery, not the language used on the site.

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery occurs without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. In case of non-delivery, statutory rights remain unaffected.

Beelly remains the client's point of contact for delivery issues and manages any claims against the courier.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes when the client or a third party designated by them, other than the courier, physically receives the products. Exceptions provided by law for transport organized independently by the client with a carrier not proposed by Beelly remain unaffected.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact the client to verify it. Any actual costs of a new shipment attributable to the error will be communicated before proceeding.

7. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers may withdraw without indicating a reason within 14 days from the day they receive the products, or receive them through a third party designated other than the courier. In case of pick-up at an authorized point, the term starts from pick-up.

If products from a single order are delivered separately, the term starts from receipt of the last product.

Withdrawal does not require our authorization. You may use the template form provided below, but it is not mandatory. To facilitate processing, please indicate the order number and the products involved.
